Our apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably, it is a two bedroom with separate bathroom and kitchen.

The one room has a Queen size bed and the second room has a Queen bed and bump beds.There is a private hot tub with the apartment and beautiful views of the mountains.

What should you bring with you?

A good book, some hiking shoes, and a flashlight are handy for walking around the campsite at night.

Included Amenities:

Bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, microwave, mini-fridge, electricity, air conditioner/heater, and coffee maker are included. Our bathrooms are located next to our tents for the convenience of our campers. Offsite, there is free access for guests to the local 24hr gym, www.n2fitnesswv.com, and Petersburg City Pool (summer hours only)

Military Discount

We are proud to offer our servicemen and women a 10% discount on accommodations for the non-holiday Sunday through Thursday nights. Available to active-duty, reserve, and retired military members must show a valid ID at check-in.

Local Discount

Hardy and Grant County residents will receive a 15% discount on accommodations, available on non-holiday Sundays through Thursday nights. Must show a valid ID at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Any existing canceled reservation more significant than 14 days to the arrival date will receive a refund minus the $20 cancellation fee. Any existing canceled reservation less than 14 days to the arrival date will receive a refund minus the $100 cancellation fee. Holiday weekend reservations are NON REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Same day cancellations or no-shows forfeit booking reservation payment. No refunds are available for an early departure for any reason.

Pet Policy

  • There is a one-time Pet Fee of $25 for your entire stay at Loves Way Village.
  • Don’t leave your dog at the campground alone when you embark for that day hike, whether tied up at camp or kept inside the tent or car. It’s not only potentially disruptive for other campers, it could also endanger your canine companion. Pets should be kept in crates at night.
    • At night, your dog needs to be sleeping in your glamping campsite, a crate is advised.
  • Limit of two dogs per site.
  • Always keep your dog on a leash when at camp. The Lease should be no longer than 6 feet..
  • No excessive barking.
  • Use pick-up bags for your dog’s waste. Leave no trace of your dog at the campsite. Maintenance will not pick up pet waste bags on site, please place in full size garbage bag or in the dumpster.
  • Please keep your dog away from the cooking and communal areas. Including, playground/volleyball area, communal fire pit area and shower/bath houses
  • You agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by your dog, in the interest of other guests at the Campground.
  • You represent and warrant that your dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.
  • You agree that, should your dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground, at the request of a Campground employee, you will immediately make arrangements to house your dog elsewhere outside the Campground. Additionally, you understand and agree that if you do not find alternative housing for your pet after being asked to do so, you will be asked to leave the Campground and will not be issued a refund.

 

  • The Campground has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following:

1.breed-specific exclusions

2.due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements

3.are sick

4.are in heat

5.are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous

6.require muzzling

7.are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.

  • Assumption of Risk and Release.
    • You understand that by having permission to have your dog at the Campground with you is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon your adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. You understand that the Campground may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, you hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while your dog is at the Campground or caused by your dog. Further, you hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that you or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to your dog’s presence in the Campground, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of you, your dog and/or any guest or invitee. You further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Campground. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
